Job DescriptionPosition Summary:
Perform all duties associated with management and leading the twisting operation for the shift. Responsibilities include delivering and tracking production metrics and expectations, tracking time and attendance, management of resources including people, equipment and materials.
Essential Functions:
Report and maintain time and attendance dailyDeliver production expectations to employees and monitor performanceAddress performance issues with employeesEnsure trolleys are confirmed properly Maintain daily BT1 production metrics Verify correct product is running on machines according to spec. Ensure employees have access to PPE and safety rules are followed Ensure that employees are trained properly and documented Ensure that raw materials are consumed properly. Record non-conforming product and report dailyEnforce housekeeping and workplace cleanlinessCollect and report scrap figures in the system following procedures in place.Identify, report and segregate/block non-conforming materials following procedures in place.Ensure that active procedures are followed and enforced.Escalate any activity which would make a procedure to be inapplicable. All other duties as assigned by manager.Position Description:
The Twisting Front Line Leader is responsible for the management of the twisting operation for the shift. The Twisting Front Line Leader is responsible for the production output, management and use of resources and any reporting functions related to the process. This includes time and attendance, waste, production kpi’s operator training and documentation of disciplinary. Administration of discipline must be accompanied by a manager, but all relevant documentation and recording shall be done by the Twisting Front Line Leader.
