Description We are seeking an experienced Tyler Munis Subject Matter Expert (SME) with expertise in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and data migration. In this role, you will be responsible for migrating historical loan data and attachments into the Tyler Munis financial tracking system. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Tyler Munis, managing complex data migration processes, and handling unformatted Excel dumps. You will work closely with the finance team, business analysts, and IT stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition of data into the new system, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: + Lead the migration of loan data into the Tyler Munis system, ensuring proper data transfer, format, and accuracy. + Work with various stakeholders including finance, budget analysts, and IT to understand data requirements and system needs. + Create and implement ETL scripts to extract and move historical data to Tyler Munis, including attachments. + Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure data integrity throughout the migration process. + Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper mapping and transformation of loan data to meet financial tracking needs. + Work closely with the director of IT and other project stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate migration. + Provide training and support to users involved in the transition to Tyler Munis, including finance and budget analysts. + Stay updated on Tyler Munis capabilities, trends, and best practices for data migration. + Manage a 1-2 month project timeline, working up to 40 hours/week to ensure successful data migration. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). + Extensive experience with Tyler Munis, ETL processes, and data migration, including working with financial data systems. + Strong understanding of loan data structures, historical data, and file attachments. + Proven experience in creating and implementing ETL scripts, using SQL, Excel, and other relevant tools. + Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and maintain data integrity throughout the migration process. + Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders, including finance analysts, IT teams, and senior leadership. + Proven ability to work with large data sets and ensure accurate transfer and transformation to new systems. + Prior experience with systems like Autopal/Loan Pro and CRA development agencies is a plus. + Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. + Ability to start immediately, with availability to work up to 40 hours/week for 1-2 months.
