DuPont is currently looking for a seasoned Tyvek® General Maintenance Manager f/m based in Luxembourg (Contern).
The Maintenance Manager provides strategic maintenance direction for the Operations organization. This role integrates safety and business expectations to ensure maintenance organization effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Set expectations for the maintenance organization and hold personnel accountable for their individual performance goals, objectives, and DuPont Core Values. Serve as a model of this behavior.Develop and sustain the maintenance organization goals, improvement plans and strategies to support the Business Objectives.Develop plans for future career development among reports, providing coaching and counseling to strengthen identified skills and knowledge gaps, and providing recognition for accomplishments.Review and prioritize EH&S, personnel issues, cost performance metrics and other related Maintenance Issues and to develop aligned solutions. Disseminate information, business results and other Site Leadership communications.Drive the maintenance team in implementing a Reliability Centered Maintenance strategy in collaboration with MIQA&Reliabilty group.Drive the maintenance team in pursuit Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) based upon operations objectives.Know, understand and make sure his team adhere to the Maintenance Work Management Process (WMP).Work with training coordinator to define training and re training packages in accordance with PSM and legal requirements.Review upgrade and authorize written maintenance procedures to facilitate safety and effectiveness. Oversee the development of new procedures.Assign adequate resource to support capital budget projects.Drive improvement in work execution quality and accuracyQualification requirements / competences :
Previous work experience in a High Hazard Environment/plantFamiliar with Maintenance Work Management Processes and experience having worked in such a manner.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; must build relationships and trust with teamsStrong functional knowledge of Site Computerize Maintenance Management System (SAP) ) and Reliability centered maintenance strategies and implementation.Good written and oral communication skills in German and EnglishBS degree or higher is recommended.#LI-CD1
