Strategy Development:

•Collaborate closely with Global teams to ensure strategy coherence and leverage international best practices•Design tailored strategies for local implementation, considering regional healthcare landscapes and regulatory environments•Develop comprehensive early detection strategies on relative screening , general population screening, and external screening collaboration•Design, implement, and manage innovative early detection projects

Screening Program Management:

•Manage and optimize relative screening programs and general population screening exploration and pilot program•Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively•Identify and mitigate operational barriers around screening & monitoring on the patient pathway ​•Identify opportunities to improve & optimize screening and monitoring accessibility​

Collaboration and Partnerships:

•Build local strategic screening and monitoring partnerships with relevant stakeholders, i.e., CGMs, physical examination centers•Coordinate with internal teams to align screening initiatives with overall T1D strategy

Market Analysis and Innovation:

•Conduct and analyze market research to identify opportunities in early detection•Stay current with scientific advancements in diabetes screening and detection methodologies•Propose and develop innovative screening approachesRequirements:•Bachelor's degree or above, MBA preferred. Medical or pharmacy education background is preferred.•Minimum 8 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 5 years in project management related to disease prevention or early detection•Experienced in both marketing and consulting roles within healthcare industry is preferred•In-depth knowledge of the diabetes field, especially early detection and prevention of Type 1 diabetes•Excellent strategic thinking and project management skills•Strong cross-cultural communication and team leadership abilities•Familiarity with healthcare policies and regulatory environment•Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)
