Kforce has a client in Coral Gables, FL that is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordinator for a contingent worker role to support the testing process of our Salesforce Field Service system. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate User Acceptance Testing: Collaborate with stakeholders to define UAT scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria for the Salesforce Field Service system * Prepare Test Scripts: Develop comprehensive test scripts based on business requirements and use cases; Ensure test scripts cover all functional and non-functional aspects of the Salesforce Field Service system * Test Management System (Q-Metry): Load and manage test cases and scripts within Q-Metry; Maintain detailed and accurate records of test activities, ensuring all documentation is up to date * Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects using Jira; Work closely with the development and QA teams to prioritize and resolve issues * Reporting: Generate and distribute regular reports on testing progress, defect status, and overall test coverage; Provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders regarding UAT outcomes and system readiness * Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for UAT activities; Facilitate meetings, walkthroughs, and reviews with business users and IT teams
