Uber For Business Mid Market Account Executive
**About the Role** Uber for Business in Kenya is expanding, and we are hiring a Mid Market Account Executive to help accelerate our growth by hunting and acquiring more companies to use the Uber For Business platform to streamline their ground transportation needs. Are you great with cold outreach, prospecting, qualifying, pitching and closing new customers? Can you deal with constant rejections from prospects and be persistent in following up until you secure a meeting? Do you enjoy and thrive working in a fast paced environment and consistently exceeding your sales quota and topping the leaderboard every quarter? And finally, do you love winning as a team? The day of an Uber For Business account executive looks like this: formulating a go-to-market plan, generating leads through cold outreach via emails and calls, prospecting and qualifying clients by asking insightful questions, understanding client needs through attentive listening, presenting demos, articulating clearly how our products address their pain points, and persistently staying in touch with clients until a deal is secured. Disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting are also required on a daily basis. **What You'll Do** 1. Cold outreach, prospect, qualify, demo, pitch, consistently follow up and sell into the Mid-Market segments in Kenya 2. Generate opportunities, build pipeline and win accounts within an assigned book of business 3. Articulate clearly the value propositions of Uber for Business and demonstrate how they address the specific pain points of clients. 4. Close and onboard the client onto Uber For Business and ensure a high usage on our platform. 5. Maximize the lifetime value of the client by constantly exploring upsell and cross sell opportunities **What You'll Need** 1. At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in a hunter role acquiring new businesses 2. You have a track record of crushing it as an Account Executive in the Mid Market space 3. Proven track record of crafting narratives to drive new business acquisitions. 4. Passionate, resilient, self-disciplined and hustling with hunter mindset. 5. Bonus: Skilled in utilizing Salesforce, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator 6.
