**The UC-35 Citation - Army Transport Aircraft Maintenance Manager (FAA A&P)** Performs organizational level maintenance on assigned (UC-35 Cessna Citation) aircraft under contract to Amentum. + Valid **FAA A&P** certificate required. + Must have an extensive background in the field of Army Transport Aircraft maintenance, with a minimum of Five (5) years of **UC-35 Cessna Citation** hands-on maintenance experience Required. + Must have experience supervising daily flight operations personnel supporting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. + Ability to obtain/maintain a US Gov't Secret Security Clearance; **US Citizenship is Required** to hold a Secret Clearance. + Monitors and maintains documents of all aircraft scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. + Plans and coordinates all aircraft inspections (special, conditional, phase, etc.). Dispatch and monitoring of all assigned tasks and associated jobs to work centers. + Work closely with the Operations Department to ensure Aircraft are available to meet the Flight Schedule. + Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports in support of aircraft long range maintenance requirements. + Maintains Aircraft Logbooks Books (ACN) showing completed as well as outstanding maintenance actions. + Ensures all required maintenance has been performed before flights and Brief and de-brief of pilots as required, assisting in the documentation of aircraft flight time and maintenance discrepancies. + Comply with all current sections of the DA PAM 738-751 Series as applicable to aircraft maintenance. + Responsible for mission configuration, working with various Army entities as required. + Will instruct and assist in training of lower-level employees in proper work methods and performance of their job duties. + Performs related duties as assigned including any and all duties of lower rated technical personnel within their classification. + Keeps Maintenance Officer briefed on Aircraft status at all times. + Keeps the COR briefed on all contract requirements. + Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested. **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline is highly preferred. + High School graduate or equivalent is Required. + Valid **FAA A&P** certificate required. + Must have an extensive background in the field of Army Transport Aircraft maintenance, with a minimum of Five (5) years of **UC-35 Cessna Citation** hands-on maintenance experience Required. + Must have experience supervising daily flight operations personnel supporting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. + Possess working knowledge of applicable **UC-35 Cessna Citation** assigned aircraft (MDS) Mission Design Series. + Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. + Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Security Clearance. + Required to obtain a Govt. issued (CAC Card) Common Access Card. + Valid Driver’s license is required. **Security Clearance Requirements:** + Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Gov't **Secret Security Clearance** . Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note - **US Citizenship is required** to obtain a Secret Clearance, and for facility credentials/authorization to work at this facility. **Additional and Physical Preferences:** + Maintains aircraft historical records, as well as various other aircraft files in support of aircraft maintenance, and verification of all Maintenance Action Documentation. + Able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects. + Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Access and Excel. + Knowledgeable of DA PAM 738-751 and FAA Federal Aviation Regulations.
