UC Project Coordinator

Position

Our Unified Communications team is seeking a Project Coordinator at our offices in Beaverton, OR and Phoenix, AZ. This is an on-site position.

Essential Job Duties

Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings. Working with Project Managers to ensure that Project deadlines are met. Undertaking and/or delegating Project Tasks as required. Ensuring Projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is appropriately for each project. Assess Project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. Coordinates and/or manages internal and external resources, both technical and non-technical. Works with customers on the definition and execution of their overall project plans. Communicates change management plans post install. Works directly with UC Engineers, Sales Engineers and Project Managers to set customer expectations and deliver on deadlines. Documents project progress as per project management best practices (meeting minutes, project plan updates, and weekly status reports). Analyzes, creates and reviews Statements of Work for projects and change requests. Contributes to constant improvement of Pacific Office's project management practices. Coordinates training and mentorship between teams and technical staff.

Qualifications

2 to 4 year degree in a computer-related field or Computer Science, or relative work experience. 5 years of experience in a Project Focused Management position or role. 7 years of Helpdesk or related Customer Service Management Field. Usage of both Soft and Hard skills to effectively deliver results.
