Linde Gas Equipment Inc. is seeking a UE Examiner 1 to join our team The UE Examiner 1 will be responsible for the overall maintenance and retesting of all industrial/specialty gas cylinders in a Plant environment.

Responsibilities: (Mixed Shift)

Performs visual, physical tests on cylinders before filling and determines whether retesting and/or repairs are requiredVisual requalification of low-pressure cylindersPerforms cylinder conversions including de-valving, valving, stripping and repairing valvesOperates a ultrasonic cylinder testerMaintains certification requirements to certify the cylinders as being retestedOperates forkliftReceives incoming new cylinders, valves and cylinder maintenance suppliesRepairs cylinder neck leaks and safety leaksInspects and scraps defective cylindersPaints cylindersHousekeeping light Plant maintenancePerforms visual requalification of low-pressure cylindersOther duties as assigned
