Expected Salary:Commensurate with education and experience.
Minimum Requirements:Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes* plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Certification/License in the state of Florida Federal DEA Certification. Medical Degree – M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent. Board certified in Family Medicine.
