Expected Salary:
Commensurate with education and experience
Minimum Requirements:
Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification
+ Medical Degree - M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent
+ Board certified in appropriate subspecialty
+ Completion of accredited residency program
