We are hiring creative, passionate, and driven UX Designers to join our UX and Research team. As a user-centered design professional, you would help craft delightful user experiences for the leading CX Cloud Software in a fast-paced and innovative environment. As a mid-level or senior member of the team, you will have the opportunity to mentor other designers and build and amplify best practices.
At NICE you will be designing for a suite of tools and technologies which facilitate and optimize the operations of a call center. Our tools are used to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer service operations, by handling incoming and outgoing calls, managing customer interactions, and streamlining various call center processes.
Major responsibilities
Provide creative and innovative UX designs for complex Cloud-based applications. Explore and design multiple concepts for new features. Research, communicate, and present best practices, designs, and issues to stakeholders. Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success. Develop wireframes and prototypes based on customer needs and constraints. Find creative solutions for UX problems (e.g., usability, findability). Collaborate and brainstorm with the team. Conceptualize, present, and execute ideas within tight deadlines. Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Technical Writers, and UX colleagues. Support the Design System through pattern use and ideation. Mentor junior designers and reinforce UX processes and best practices.Experience Requirement:
Degree or equivalent experience in a design-related discipline. 4–8+ years of UX Design experience. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Impressive portfolio showcasing complex system designs. Desired skills in workshop facilitation and ideation. Experience in basic user research and analysis. Experience in mentoring or managing designers.
