The Design team is now the official owner of the design system so this individual will continue to build out screens, build out components as they are in the process of updating their code repository. The Core UI Designer will deliver exceptional and thoughtful user interface design. The role spans HTAS' digital product management and experience design network to craft interactive concepts, artwork and layouts for digital projects based on creative briefs and client meetings. The role will approach project challenges with a focus on interpreting/developing the client’s brand whilst also communicating clients' message in an engaging and creative way. The Core UI Designer will design great user interfaces for the client. The UI Designer will utilize the strong understanding of design best practices; and the passion of designing functional and enjoyable user interfaces through all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing, product management, engineering, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions for digital product interfaces. • Conceptualize solid user interface solutions with attention to simplicity and user friendliness while addressing complex design problems. • Ensure designs align and follow brand guidelines and design best practices. • Present and defend designs to peers and executive level stakeholders while tending to backlog of requests from our product teams. • Assist UX Researchers in conducting product evaluations and collecting user feedback for incorporation into further iterations of your design. • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards through the implementation and maintenance of the UI designs Skills Visual design, Figma Top Skills Details Visual design,Figma Additional Skills & Qualifications We are seeking a UI Designer to be aligned to the buildout of a design system. We are seeking someone with 5+ years of UI Design experience. Ideally candidates will have experience with Figma, building out components, etc. The UI Designer must have experience working closely with UX Designers as well as the development teams.
