BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.

5 to 7+ years of experience in software engineering with an emphasis on UI.
Experience in developing and implementing scalable web-based UI applications.
Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, CSS and AJAX, jQuery.
Experience with server-side languages (Java).
