UI Engineer

Our client in the technology industry is seeking a UI Engineer to join their team. As a UI Engineer, you will be part of the engineering team supporting the AI platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in open-source communities, experience with React, Typescript, and JavaScript, and a strong desire to innovate in the MLOps domain.
**Job Title: UI Engineer**
**Location: Hybrid, 3 days/week on-site in Boston, MA.**
**Salary: $100K - $110K/Yr.**
**Note: This is a full-time role.**
**Overview:**
Join our OpenShift AI team as a UI Developer, where you'll design and implement user interfaces that elevate MLOps initiatives. This role involves building secure, resilient features while collaborating across teams and open-source communities to create intuitive, user-centered experiences.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Design and develop new features, ensuring security and maintainability.
+ Engage with open-source communities to innovate in MLOps.
+ Build, test, and deploy using CI/CD best practices.
+ Work with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into high-quality UI.
+ Conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and contribute to continuous improvement.
**Requirements:**
+ Strong experience with React, TypeScript, CSS frameworks, and testing tools (e.g., Cypress, Jest).
+ Proficiency with Git and Agile methodologies.
+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
+ Background in open-source projects and UI/UX best practices.
**Preferred:**
+ Familiarity with Kubernetes, OpenShift, MLOps, and cloud-native technologies.
+ Knowledge of open-source communities and processes.
