About the role:
This role will work on Digital Customer Journey which focuses on transforming how customers interact with Kyriba. As a Mid-level UI/UX designer, your tasks will be gathering user feedback, creating graphic elements, and constructing navigation components. You will work closely with product, engineering and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and usability.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
Create Design System/Library of reusable components that are ready for implementation
Support the team in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Education, Experience & Skills:
A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills, preferably with examples showcasing PLG-oriented projects.
A proficiency in Figma.
Understanding of PLG principles and experience designing features or interfaces that drive user engagement and growth.
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping and heuristic analysis.
Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and strong communication skills.
Good time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
