Join our dynamic Enterprise Biller & Receivables Solutions team, where you’ll drive the evolution of existing UI/UX use cases and create new ones that empower our clients and partners. With industry-leading products like BillMatrix and SnapPay, you'll help businesses streamline billing, payments, and receivables while delivering a seamless experience for their customers. What you will do: 

Build and maintain a library of UI components and design guidelines that keep our desktop, mobile, and web products looking sharp and consistent.Collaborate with stakeholders across teams, using storytelling to share ideas, gather feedback, and drive excitement for new design initiatives.Partner with teams in Interaction Design, Software Development, Product Management, and Brand to create user-centric designs that solve real business problems.Conduct user research, map out user journeys, and design flows that improve the customer experience.Bring creativity and precision to your work, ensuring your designs are pixel-perfect and seamlessly integrated into the development process.Balance user experience with business goals to create designs that are not just beautiful but effective.Stay flexible and ready to adapt as projects evolve, always delivering solutions that meet the needs of both the user and the business.

 What you will need to have: 

Bachelor's Degree (preferably Design-related field) or equivalent combination of experience, education, and military with 5+ years in UX design for apps and web.Expertise in human-centered design and UX practices for mobile apps, websites, and responsive design.Proven experience with design research, blueprinting, rapid prototyping, and creating strategic frameworks for user experiences.Strong portfolio showcasing User Experience Design, including user flows, journey mapping, and translating customer insights into visual designs.Ability to deliver innovative, simple solutions to complex customer and business challenges.Proficiency in Agile/Scrum processes, creating low- to high-fidelity designs.Competence with design tools like Figma, Sketch, and InVision.Knowledgeable about design trends, usability standards, and building Design Systems.


 What would be great to have: 

Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present concepts and design ideas.5+ years of experience working with large enterprise teams or start-ups.Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to new challenges and feedback.Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, including product management and development.Passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and industry innovations.
