Develop and maintain documentation related to UI/UX design solutions. 9. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. 10. Collaborate with the Lead Cloud Architect to ensure that UI/UX designs align with overall cloud architecture and security requirements. **Your role and responsibilities** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Lead to join our team for the Cloud One project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of delivering intuitive and engaging user experiences. **Required technical and professional expertise** · Minimum of 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on cloud-based solutions. · Strong portfolio of UI/UX design work, demonstrating a range of design skills and styles. · Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. · 2+ years of experience working in a DoD or other Federal Government environment · Experience with FedRAMP or FedRAMP+ environments · Any Information Assurance Technical (IAT) level 2 or above · Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for cloud-based solutions · DoD Secret clearance required **Preferred technical and professional experience** · Previous experience with AF Cloud One program · A Top Secret (TS) security clearance (with SCI and SAP eligibility) is HIGHLY desired.
