Position Overview:

The UIR LTCG Fellowship is designed to provide aspiring analysts with the opportunity to develop their skills in financial analysis while focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within our organization.

The Children’s Village implemented a structural racism theory of change long-term goal in 2023 to increase direct investment (DI) provided to families. During Fiscal Year 2021, we allocated 1.59% of total revenue towards DI; as we continue to do the work of undoing institutional racism, we understand that wealth and resource distribution must be a key factor. Poverty is one of the major drivers of disproportionate contact with child welfare, juvenile justice, and a variety of additional health and human service providers.
