We are looking for a UK Media Manager to join our Media Performance team working on some of our most iconic Intimate Care brands including Andrex & Kleenex. Not only will you be playing a pivotal part in our team, leading an eight figure annual media investment for either Andrex or Kleenex, but you will also act as subject matter expert, willing to bring your experience and knowledge to stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure our campaigns are innovative and effective. Being able to translate this to thinking big picture and prioritize the UK marketing strategic vision for execution.

Key Responsibilities include:
Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Activate to highest potential opportunities, manage, and oversee all media campaigns, including digital and traditional media; understand the synergies and influences ATL / digital channels have on each other.
Manage our agency partners plan and execute efficiently and set best practice in consumer activation. Proactively ensure we are challenging agency partners and ourselves in execution and delivery of our strategy.
Collaborate with the UK Consumer Engagement team to create compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
Understanding of technology and data application from retail partners to clean rooms. Seek opportunities to execute across with 0/1/2PD to accelerate media capabilities outside of 3rd party data.
Determine creative performance at a channel level to ensure we can give the best experience to consumers at every touchpoint and drive requirements with brand and agency teams.
Build relationships with internal stakeholders, media outlets and industry partners and develop a deep understanding of our business to drive conversations that propel progress.
Strong understanding of setting KPIs, analysing results, monitoring performance and leading agencies to optimise spend across channels to match business outcomes.

You will also need the following qualifications:
Proven experience in media within agency or a large, matrix organisation.
Persistent performance focus and drive; proven track record of successful media campaigns and brand management.
High interest and deep understanding of media with ability to provide direction and challenge where best practice is not met.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and traditional media.
Proactive mindset and proven track record of making things happen to deliver business results.
Demonstrated consumer first thinking and an insight led approach with test & learn mindset.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Experience managing relationships within a large, multinational, matrix organization. Comfortable giving feedback to agencies on their performance, results, and direction.
Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
Knowledge and experience of holistic consumer journeys across earned/ owned and shared touch points, and what role paid channels can play.
