As a UK Pensions and Benefits Operations Analyst in the EMEA Human Resources Operations function, you will work within a small, high-impact team to manage operational processes for JPMorgan employees. You will liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver processes within strict timeframes, ensuring compliance with UK regulations. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, who can multitask and meet multiple deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure the accuracy of all Pension and Benefit data across Payroll, Benefits Platform, and Pension records systems.
• Prepare Pensions and Benefits instructions for the Payroll system and conduct post-payroll verification.
• Collaborate with the Finance team on monthly financial reconciliations to ensure correct accruals for pensions and benefits.
• Build strong relationships with external Pensions and Benefits vendors and key internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update operational SOPs and checklists.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage the team mailbox, responding to queries from employees, vendors, and internal teams within SLA.
• Ensure compliance with Auto-enrolment rules enforced by the regulator.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• Experience in an operational, deadline-driven environment with excellent data manipulation skills using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
• Self-starter with problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal clients and liaise with external vendors.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

• Prior experience in Pensions and Benefits is not necessary, but a commitment to learning and ongoing development is required.
