UKG PRO HCM Solution Architect

Working with our Global Payroll and Workforce Management Team means you will be working with UKG’s #1 Global System Integrator who had growth of over 45% in 2023. Our commitment to UKG’s platforms is demonstrated in over 150 successful implementations, including some of the largest, most complex UKG implementations to date.

Work you’ll do:

As a UKG Pro HCM Suite Implementation Solution Architect, you should expect to be involved in the following:

Implement UKG HCM Pro modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning Management Systems, HR Service Delivery, Compensation and Performance with a lens toward architecting a solution for the client, considering the technology stack of the platform(s) and up and downstream systems.Work with top brands for healthcare, consumer, and manufacturing industries.Working in the full lifecycle of a UKG HCM Pro project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Technical Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Cutover and HypercareBe able to carry on a mature dialogue with key client leaders to explain the complexities of the architecture of the UKG solution and the necessary parts that should be integrated with up and downstream systems.Working with the team in requirements gathering, workshops or facilitating client meetings on integrations, development, customizations and conversion.Take responsibility for delivering work and designing the work effort.Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions. 

Qualifications Required:

5-7 years of related experienceSuperior knowledge of HR, Payroll, Talent, and other related function, technical & processes that support the architecture.Technical experience (integrations, conversion, development (including customizations and other technical needs) with some or all the UKG Pro modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning Management Systems, HR Service Delivery, Compensation and Performance and the underlying technology stack.Experience working in the full lifecycle of a HCM project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, TestingExperience in technical requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings.Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization.Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Bachelor’s DegreeMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175 to $218,625.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
