Job Description Insight Global is looking for a UKG/ Workday program Manager to sit remote and work EST hours for a large CPG company. This role will need to travel to Camden, NJ 1x/ month for workshops, kick off meetings, etc. This program manager will be hitting the ground running and will be working on integrating workday with UKG specifically kronos, ukg ready and pro wfm). Currently, 90% of the development is done and they are starting functional testing and UAT. This will take place Dec-January and the 1st go live will be early March followed by the 2nd in May and 3rd in June. This project has 5 different projects within itself being run by vendors. For ex, change management, workday configuration, internal development and this is running across 4 different teams like legal, change management, etc. This program manager needs to come in and create 1 master plan. Currently, people dont know where they stand today or when deliverables are due. They need a strong program manager to come in and hold vendors accountable for key milestones, dates and raise risks and escalation. This PM will manage the budget of project throughout its lifecycle; update and publish monthly forecasting, actuals, and benefits. They will work with all functional managers throughout project to define and monitor resource requirements/constraints and communicate/resolve resource issues as well as hold project kick-off meeting to review specifications, schedule and team roles and responsibilities. This role needs to have someone come in that has done a kronos to wfm replacement. The ideal candidate will have been a program manager over a UKG/ Workday transformation project and have strong experience. The pay is around 75/hr.
