Global Private Bank (GPB) is a critical growth area, and the Ultra segment is the largest segment by revenues and assets within GPB and a key strategic priority. In the UHNW Business Manager role, you will be supporting the GPB US Head of UHWN contributing to the development of new client acquisition, existing client development and penetration with RMs within GPB, driving achievement against targets for revenue generation with these client, product alignment, customer satisfaction and cost containment, working with GBM in development of the client proposition and coverage model, and connecting all the various areas of the firm for delivery to this client base. This includes coordinating origination and execution of activities on the delivery to this segment across the spectrum of HSBC products/service and the investment pillars, assisting in the development of the product proposition to this segment in line with client/sector requirements.

For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $131,900.00 and $197,800.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
