THE JOB:


As an Ultra Luxury Concierge, you are expected to provide exceptional service aligned with our Ultra-Luxury core service standards, AAA 5 Diamond standards, Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star standards, and brand attributes. Your commitment to excellence and attention to detail are vital in delivering unparalleled service to our guests. 


THE STARTING RATE: $20.62/hr plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Serves as public relations representative for the Mansion and the MGM Grand Hotel/Casino. Exhibits a professional demeanor and willingness to assist VIPs whenever requested. Greets guests at the entrance to the Mansion for guest arrival/departure, and escorts’ guests to Villa when appropriate. Informs the Butler Manager and Butlers on guest’s arrival and departure activities.

Operate 7 different computer systems while managing multi-line phones, responding to urgent emails, and performing daily job duties.

Assist VIP casino, hotel, and convention guests with hotel registration, check-out, concierge requests, and personalized services, while staying knowledgeable about dining and entertainment options in Las Vegas.

Accurately identify and update reservations for Company Executives' guests, ensuring up-to-date information and providing tailored recommendations.

Describe, solicit, and enroll guests in the MGM Rewards loyalty program while communicating effectively through email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions.

Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly resolving requests and complaints, following up when necessary, and maintaining guest profiles.

Assist with planning guest itineraries, handle pre-arrival requests, greet guests upon arrival, and follow up after check-in.

Manage the group inbox and respond to all email correspondence within 24 hours, while successfully passing quality assurance audits and secret shops.

Act as a liaison between multiple departments to execute elaborate guest requests and special occasions.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Ability to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays 

Proficient computer skills  

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience 

One (1) year minimum of prior relevant experience as a concierge, front desk, or VIP agent in a hotel setting

Two (2) years prior administrative/coordinator/concierge experience is a plus 

Strong communication and organizational skills to ensure effective coordination 

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 

Prior Forbes training and/or knowledge  

Bilingual proficiency is an advantage asset for this role
