We are currently seeking an Ultrasonic Testing Technician at our Huntsville, AL location.This is a 2nd shift position with working hours from2:30 pm 11:00 pm. Primary Responsibilities: As an Ultrasonic Technician, you will work with testing and inspection equipment to provide examination and testing metallic parts for jet engine components. A successful Ultrasonic Testing Technician has strong attention to detail and embraces the opportunity to be empowered to make important decisions regarding the integrity of our components. Essential Duties: + Conducting daily ultrasonic setups, examination, and testing of components to determine acceptability of product. + Examining product for possible defects and documenting results accordingly. + Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, specifications, and procedures in order to accomplish ultrasonic setups, tests and reporting. + Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
