Within the organizational structure of Radiology, performs ultrasound exams to assist in direct patient care. Must complete CAP level III requirements which include completing an activity and outcome for 3 out of 5 core values, with one of them outside of your department. Contributes to the professional development of clinical staff and or students at the patient care level. Participates in performance improvement activities and/or evidence-based practice changes. Demonstrates initiative to promote increased patient satisfaction at the patient care setting. Participate in innovative projects problem solving and educating others at the unit level. Demonstrates initiative regarding growth efforts and/or conservation of resources people money time or supplies in unit and patient care processes.
In Convenient Care/Imaging Center setting, may also assist other modalities and perform other duties as assigned.
