Performs all the essential functions of the Registered Sonographer. Performs and evaluates sonographic examinations and physiologic vascular testing. Obtains clinical history and performs a physical assessment of the patient's condition to determine appropriate testing protocol. Provides a technical interpretation of sonographic and physiologic data to aid physicians in rendering a medical diagnosis. Requires credentials from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in a minimum of two specialties including vascular technology. New grads may be allowed to acquire some specialties after hire.

Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Sonography program (minimum one year in length) or Credentials with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Sonography (Vendor Managed) 9 months ultrasound coursework experience in Abdomen, OB/Gyn including clinical rotationPreferred Qualifications:
