Unarmed Flex Officer – Full Time

Flex Officers will gain a broad and specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts. Flex Officers will be evaluated for leadership and further growth potential. Flex Officer objectives include: staffing new accounts until permanent Security Officers can be hired, provide security for short-term special events, fill in for officers while on vacation/sick/no call-no show, etc.

Position Requirements:

18 years of age or older  High School Diploma or GED Required  Standard computer / technology skills needed Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus Customer service background preferred  Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift Must have great attention to detail  Must be comfortable conducting access control duties   Driver Certification  2yrs Security experience or previous Military / Law Enforcement  Valid drivers license required  Position requires officers to travel to multiple locations within the assigned district  Must be available for all shifts - schedule will be provided week prior
