Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Scheduler to support the Distribution Targeted Underground Program. This role involves scheduling complex distribution program projects, ensuring timelines are met, and identifying and resolving project-related challenges. This position is hybrid, requiring two on-site days per week in Pomona, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule distribution program projects involving 30+ work groups, ensuring seamless integration of schedules and tracking permit statuses. Develop and maintain master integrated schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and earned value calculations. Document delays and provide detailed time impact analyses. Collaborate with project teams to establish objectives, timelines, risk analyses, milestones, and deliverables. Apply project controls to monitor performance, perform variance analysis, forecast outcomes, and assess trends against schedule targets. Proactively identify and address issues, escalating to Project Managers when necessary. Communicate effectively with diverse groups, including contractors and internal teams, to gather and analyze data. Travel to job sites on an as-needed basis (approximately once per month).Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, construction management, business, finance, or project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 7+ years of experience in scheduling and capital projects/construction. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Visio). Experience with SAP. Utility experience, particularly with distribution and underground utilities.
