Assist on projects related to Group Underwriting and or support other Chubb Worksite functions. Assist Underwriting team while engaging with Sales on how best to present a competitive Chubb proposal by optimizing plan design and pricing for a particular client. Gather data on group clients and distribution partners to ensure underwriting offers are within compliance parameters. Help create proposals for potential clients that place Chubb in the most favorable position to gain the business based upon Chubb’s guidelines and standards.Requirements
Efficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Power Point. Microsoft Access a plus. Oral and written communication skills Basic analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Strong record of academic achievement (minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA to qualify) Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (December 2025 or May 2026 graduate, preferred) Local to Chicagoland area and hybrid in the office 3 times/weekPreferred Majors:
Underwriting – preferred majors: Finance, Business, Mathematics, Risk Management and Insurance, or another related fieldSchedule:
