Within Chubb Operations Hub for Continental Europe, you would be based in Madrid acting as Operations Technician for our Iberian branches, providing the highest standards of quality, service delivery and accuracy within the operations function by reviewing instructions received from the Iberia Underwriting team or brokers, accurately enter premium bookings and prepare policy documentation.
To provide technical and administrative support to the management of the On-line SME portfolio at a portfolio rather than transactional level, for Financial Lines, Casualty, Cyber and Marine. This may be extended to other LOBs.
Support the standardized model of using Ignite/ICT to provide a seamless, high-quality service to the end customer.
To support the Operations Manager as Process Owners for all retained and outsourced processing and related activities and act as Subject Matter Expert for all retained and outsourced work elements.
A flexible approach will be required to support delivery of high-quality services and outsourced activities.

Language and Experience:
Native or bilingual level in Spanish. Business level of English (advanced).An additional European language(German/French/Dutch/Portuguese/Italian) is preferred. Experience within a Processing role is essential, particularly experience of following written instructions, data entry and document/report drafting, etc, all functions related with the policy cycle Specific language capability as required above.Previous Commercial Insurance experience is preferred.
