Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Preparation of new business documents/extension of agreements (e.g. policies, renewals, invoices, lists of open items, etc.).Preparation of data and reports in accordance with the instructions of supervisor or client's needs (e.g. daily reports, weekly reports, gathering of data, etc.).Analysing changes in processes and communicating with the responsible client teams.Ensuring continuity of tasks performed and the achievement of SLAs.Updating and creating WIM documentation in accordance with changes.QualificationsGerman language (spoken and written) Level B2English language – level B1 (good to have, not required)High level of communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a teamBasic knowledge of MS Office package (Excel)Attention to details.Additional Information
