In this position you will:

Review claims and work with management to build your response and follow through until the claim is resolvedGather the facts, prepare for, and participate in hearings as needed, attention to detail is a mustRespond to wage audits and other inquiries from government agenciesCollaborate with other areas of Human Resources on project workTake detailed notes and record results so that overall program performance may be accurately assessedMaintain confidentiality of all sensitive information

Skills and Strengths Desired:

Knowledge of unemployment insurance and hearings.Strong written and verbal communicationsSolid knowledge of Excel and other MS office products.
