Job Description Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Campaign Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on home financing and personal lending. This role will involve transitioning from SAS campaigns to Unica campaigns, including Unica Campaign and Unica Interact. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end experience with Unica, facilitating the integration of various products into the platform. Key responsibilities include leading the migration of existing SAS campaigns to Unica, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal performance, as well as providing comprehensive support throughout the campaign lifecycle. The specialist will collaborate with the team to design and implement journey campaigns that run entirely within Unica, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. To qualify for this role, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Unica, experience with SAS, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with Visio. Additionally, excellent communication skills and a strong problem-solving mentality are highly desirable.
