HOW A VTC TECHNICIAN III WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
 

Provides technical audiovisual, multi-media, and video support services for meetings, conferences, training sessions and other eventsAnalyzes, administers, and maintains telecommunications and video systemsShould have working network knowledge.Understand signal flow for video and audio.Have experience with Zoom meetings and Zoom dashboard.Basic knowledge of MS TEAMS and Zoom.Have inventory control experience.Experience with video over networks.Experience with Biamp, Creston, and Polycom.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: B.S. Preferred with a study in IT.Required Experience: 5+ years of related experienceRequired Technical Skills: Zoom and MS TEAMS platformsSecurity Clearance Level: US SECRETLocation: On Customer Site - Washington DCUS Citizenship Required
