What we expect:   

Job duties include but are not limited to: 

The Bartender is primarily responsible for providing guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage experience following Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. The Bartender develops a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar. They ensure proper pouring, mixing, blending of drinks. 

Purpose and objective 

The Uniform room is designed to provide quality and efficient service in issuing clean, pressed and well maintained uniforms to employees on a daily basis.  It is the responsibility of the Uniform Supervisor to ensure that all uniforms are issued clean, crisp and well fitted to all employees.  Uniforms are to be inspected on a daily basis to ensure they meet the highest standards as set by Four Seasons. The uniform room also services guests upon request. The Uniform Attendant reports to the Uniform Supervisor, Assistant Housekeeping Manager and/or the ADOH and DOH. 

The objective of the Uniform Area is therefore to: 

Provide the highest standard of excellence in product and service 

Maintain superior standards of uniform maintenance and alterations 

Responsibilities: 

Job duties include but are not limited to:  

Must have the ability to exchange and issue uniforms to employees. 

Must greet each employee with a smile and say "Good Morning/Good Afternoon/Good Evening, May I help you?" 

Must request employee's assigned uniform number. 

Retrieve clean uniforms from the employees. 

Collect soil and issue clean uniforms from employees, ensuring the one-for-one exchange policy is adhered to. 

Check all dirty uniform pockets to ensure all foreign objects are removed. 

Inspect dirty uniforms for needed repairs/alterations. 

Record all clean uniforms received from the laundry department. 

Inspect each uniform for proper cleaning and pressing. 

Record uniform number on the clean uniform sheet. 

Hang clean uniform in the department area designated number slot that corresponds to the uniform number. 

Must be able to perform light sewing duties as assigned. 

Conduct daily assigned department inspection and record it in the inspection log book/database. 

Communicate effectively and politely with the employees and guests when necessary. 

Must have good telephone etiquette 

Required to lift at least 12 lbs. 

Must conduct a quarterly inventory of employees' uniforms and sizes. 

Keep all uniform accessories inspected and in good order.  Take monthly inventory of all accessories. 

Must monitor all guest supplies. 

Must be flexible to any assignment given by management​ 

Skills/Qualifications: 

Ideal candidate will have: 

Minimum one year experience or related work 

Good communication skills 

Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. 

Strong selling and interpersonal skills.
