**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Union Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of basic custodial, building, and other maintenance duties.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Develop skills to perform basic preventative and reactive maintenance.
+ Follow a set procedure in the performance of repetitive tasks or job activities.
+ Complete paperwork for property damage, equipment malfunctions, and unusual activities.
+ Assist with monitoring the supply, equipment usage, and record inventory needs.
+ Follow a set procedure in the performance of repetitive tasks or job activities.
+ Impact through methods, tasks, and duties which are clearly defined and followed with little to no discretion.

**What You’ll Need:**
+ High School Diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year college program or technical school.
+ Valid Driver’s License required.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Ability to develop skills to perform basic activities in own job.
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Per the CBA, the salary for the Union Maintenance Assistant position is $24.21 hourly.
