HUB Northeast’s subsidiary, Program Brokerage Corporation (PBC), is a nationally ranked top wholesaler and powerful market resource for brokers and agents. PBC is seeking an Unit Assistant join our Warwick, RI team. This position will work remotely a few days a week. While insurance experience is not preferred, candidate should have a strong desire to learn.

 

Job Purpose

To support the administrative functions of the servicing unit. To project the professional and courteous image of the company in the initial contact with clients.

 

Functions & Responsibilities

Reviewing inspection reportsComparing compliance images to recommendationsMaintain pending or follow-up systemMaintaining constant communication with brokers and teams inquiring about report statusesManage high volume workflowPerform other specific duties and projects as assignedPursue a program for personal and professional developmentData Entry

 

Qualifications

2-3 years related experienceMS Office proficiencySome knowledge of insurance helpful Organized self starterDetail oriented

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Negligible

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
