Essential Function/Responsibilities: + Ensuring patients and families have a positive patient experience by exhibiting PRIDE behaviors, rounding, collaboration, teamwork and a positive attitude. + Good communication skills/customer service. + Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have positive customer service skills. + Answering call bells and telephones using proper phone etiquette. + Attending to the functions of the unit, bed assignments, working with the nurses, nursing assistants, and leadership to promote a positive patient experience. Minimum Education: + High School Diploma or GED required Minimum Experience: + 1 year in healthcare preferred
