Unit Clerk/Central Supplies Director

Belle Terrace is seeking a Unit Clerk/Central Supplies Director!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Maintain and organize medical record data on a daily basis.
+ Central Supplies for the facility; including ordering and stocking supplies
+ Schedule Resident appointments and transportations
+ Answer telephone
+ Perform resident identification bracelet and door tag audits
+ Perform H&P and Physician progress note audits
+ Scan documents into PointClickCare
+ Provide administrative support to Nurse Managers and Medical Assistants as necessary.
+ Perform quarterly physician compliance audit
+ Respond to resident call lights
+ Maintain supplies for nursing team
Requirements:
+ Must have prior experience in a Long-Term Care facility
+ Medical Records experience preferred
+ Inter-personal, organizational and problem-solving skills are required
+ Ability to multitask
+ Inter-personal, organizational, and problem-solving skills required
+ Ability to work independently
