maintains patient recordsProvides support to clinical staff in accessing medical records and retrieving documentsPerforms clerical tasks required to support the functioning of the unit including but not limited to supporting administrative departments supplies management filing completion and delivery of paperworkAssist and support the hospitals contracted providers to ensure client access and service provisionCoordinates client transportation and consult appointments as needed for clients and families and any related appointment needs of clients under direction of treatment staffProvides
