This position will be responsible for assuring that all Dynacraft standards are maintained throughout all operations. Unit Managers are tasked with upholding and encouraging PACCAR and Dynacraft values and mission and assuring that all Dynacraft standards are maintained throughout all operations. These include but are not limited to Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Process and Procedural standards. This role is based in McKinney, Texas, for the evening shift.

Qualifications Ability to supervise, make decisions, and use independent judgment and/or action. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials and issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Understanding of Six Sigma Minitab software is a plus. A minimum of two-years production/distribution supervisory experience is required. Education High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
