Hire Resolve’s client, a healthcare company based in KwaZulu-Natal, is currently looking for a Unit Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities Overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless execution of departmental functions. Managing and guiding a team to meet organizational goals and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. Developing strategies to improve unit performance and maximize productivity. Coordinating projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, enhancing communication and satisfaction levels. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing mentorship to team members. Driving business development initiatives and pursuing new opportunities for growth. Implementing best practices and process improvements to optimize operations.Client Liaison
Ensure continuous communication with clients for project updates and feedback. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to address their needs and expectations.Management Responsibilities
Assume responsibility for team training and development, promoting a culture of continuous learning. Monitor and manage the unit’s budget effectively. Encourage innovation within the team to enhance service delivery.
