The Unit Operations Coordinator will be a support position directly to the Nurse Manager. The primary function is to support the nurse manager with coordination of daily unit operational duties, including but not limited to data management, routine compliance reports, correspondence with unit staff, coordination and preparation for meetings, and staffing support.

Responsibilities
Managing staffing schedules utilizing Clarvia and Kronos – supporting day-to-day schedules and changes as well as supporting payroll needs excluding final payroll approvalManages day -to- day schedule and collaborates with staffing office regarding need for additional staff
Manages all incentive bonuses offered for accurate time/record keeping
Informs Nurse Manager of potential time and attendance issue for possible review with staff
Manages correspondence to staff of required mandatory employment criteria to include Annual mandatory competences, health screenings, BSL and ACLS (as applicable)
Manages and schedules staff for mandatory classes
Completes and facilitates Capital Equipment quotes to support unit manager requests
