Unit Service Asst (GV1)
**Req Number** 146946 Job Description Receives, stores and distributes supplies and equipment, and maintains clean, sanitary and orderly condition within facility. Job Responsibility + * Receives, stores and distributes supplies and equipment. + Maintains supply inventory at pre-established par levels.Obtains and delivers supplies to various locations throughout facility. + Places orders and receives materials utilizing electronic equipment. + Receives supplies and equipment. Ensures quantities received are correct and recorded accurately in computer inventory system. + Operates motorized and manual material handling equipment (i.e fork lift, pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.). + Checks expirations dates, rotates stock, and maintains clean storage areas. + Stocks refrigerators and monitors logs to ensure stock of non-expired items. + Maintains stationary supplies and changes printer toners, as required. + * Maintains clean, sanitary and orderly condition within facility. + Cleans and stocks vacated patient care units in preparation for new patient admissions. + Replenishes required unit stock items, as needed. + Ensures treatment areas, conference rooms, lounges, utility and medication rooms are kept clean, neat and properly supplied. + * Accesses medication delivery and/or medication areas, as authorized, in the performance of required duties. + Performs related duties as required. *ADA Essential Functions Job Qualification + High School Diploma or equivalent, required. + Prior related experience, preferred.Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. + Ability to stand, bend, lift and/or reach for extended periods of time. + Ability to understand simple mathematics and inventory flow. + Ability to learn and to perform computer data entry, required. + Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions. *Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
