As a Unit Supervisor at the Employment Center, your role is pivotal in the development and execution of Individual Service Plan (ISP) goals, behavior support strategies, and therapy services tailored to individuals in your care. You will create schedules and coordinate opportunities for work, volunteerism, and community engagement that align with their unique needs and aspirations. Your responsibilities will encompass meticulous documentation, including assessments and evaluations.
Leading a dedicated team of support staff, you will provide mentorship and cultivate a nurturing environment that encourages individuals to exercise autonomy in decision-making to the fullest extent possible. Collaborating closely with the Program Supervisor, you will contribute to administrative planning, ensuring seamless operations and the delivery of effective services across the unit.

Qualifications Associates degree in related field preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 3 or more years’ experience working in related field. Valid driver’s license along with an acceptable driving status. Use of a reliable vehicle, which seats two passengers.
