The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a collaborative junior-level Unity Software Developer to work with a team of Instructional System Designers (ISD), Subject Matter Experts (SME), and 3D Media Developers in creating training content for training courses under the Navy’s Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program. You’ll review detailed scenario scripts and build complex PC Simulations.
Responsibilities:
Review Government Furnished Information.
Review scenarios scripts created by the ISDs.
Support design meetings with SMEs, ISDs, and 3D Animators.
Create Unity PC Simulations for complex systems.
Work in a fast, dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance.
BA/BS in Game Design, Development, or equivalent required. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
0-3 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Unity Pro, Unreal, etc.
Emphasis in the fundamentals of 3D game design and development.
Knowledge of Autodesk 3D Max, 3D asset pipeline.
Prior experience working with a training team developing complex media.
Knowledge of C#, Object Oriented programming.
Experience with Visual Studio.
Experience with API development.
Experience with memory allocation and space optimization (Unity Profiler).
Experience with Universal Render Pipeline (URP).
Knowledge of 3D assets pipeline.
Prior experience working with a training team developing complex media.
Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in team environments.
Desired:
Active Secret security clearance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills

The proposed salary range for this position is:
