Provide excellent customer service, enabling customers to enjoy the full benefits of our Mandatory Provident Funds and Employee Benefits productsDiscover customers’ protection needs during client appointment and capture life insurance business opportunities for Mass market segmentsComplete business fulfilment process as appropriateEstablish good rapport and maintain relationship with customers, handling enquiries, resolving customer problems or complaints and follow up with customer’s applicationsCollaborate with branches to provide one-stop banking solutions to customers to fulfill their financial needsMaintain a smooth efficient in daily operationsMultiple work locations available across branches in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories
