The Role: The AI Business Operational Prompt Engineering Associate will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and refining AI-driven solutions for complex business challenges. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions align with strategic business goals and contribute to operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: + Contribute to the development and deployment of Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions for complex business problems, ensuring alignment with Ankura's goals. + Support the development of robust agent and multi-agent systems utilizing Python. + Thrive in a dynamic research and development environment, seamlessly transitioning from conceptualization to development and deployment of AI and agent-based solutions. + Collaborate closely with the enterprise team to support smooth migration of developed solutions into operations, guaranteeing scalability, reliability, and manageability. + Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, agent and multi-agent systems, incorporating innovative methodologies and technologies to enhance Ankura's projects. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, implementation, and integration of LLM and agent system solutions. Qualifications: + Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or Software Engineering or related field with an expected graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025. + Experience with AI, machine learning, and LLMs is highly preferred. + Proficiency in Mathematics (Linear Algebra, Calculus, Probability & Statistics, Discrete Mathematics, Numerical Methods). + Practical application of machine learning theories, including experience with LLMs and tools like GPT. + The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. * Permanent US work authorization is required for this role. For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, or New York, Ankura is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the said markets and considers a broad range of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The range does not include additional benefits outside of salary. At Ankura, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each role.
